ATLANTA, Ga. — The Albion women's basketball team ranked eighth on the 2025-26 Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Division III Academic Top 25 Team Honor Roll.
The WBCA Academic Top 25 recognizes college women's basketball teams across the nation in their respective divisions that carry the highest combined GPAs inclusive of all student-athletes on their rosters for the entire season. A team must have a combined GPA of 3.0 or better and be nominated by its head coach who must be a member of the WBCA to be recognized. The 2025-26 season is the 31st in which the WBCA has compiled the honor rolls.
The Britons ended the academic year with a 3.815 team GPA, which was best of any program in the MIAA. In all divisions (D1, D2, D3, NAIA and Junior Colleges) combined, Albion had the 18th best team GPA.
The last time the program earned a spot in the top 25 of the Team Honor Roll was during the 2020-21 season when they were No. 16 with a GPA of 3.681 — highest in the MIAA.
