LaGRANGE, Ga. – LaGrange College took advantage of six Albion College errors as it won the second game of the three-game non-league baseball series, 20-1. The two teams finish the series Tuesday at 4 p.m.

Jon Brock was especially tough on the Briton pitchers, driving in five runs on two singles and a triple. Jim Reed added three RBI with two hits.

LaGrange starting pitcher Doug Scherer threw three perfect frames until Chad Gromek (Lansing/Lansing Catholic) opened the fourth with a single. Troy Bodtke (Livonia/Stevenson) drew a walk in the ninth inning and he scored when Davin Montgomery (Novi/Northville) hit into a fielder's choice.
