ALBION, Mich. — The College Sports Communications (CSC, formerly known as CoSIDA), announced their 2026 Academic All-District baseball teams on Tuesday afternoon.
Jack LaPorte,
Tyler Murphy,
Brendan Schultz,
Evan Schuster and
Carter Stahl each earned this recognition. Schultz was also selected as a CSC Academic All-America finalist. He will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members.
The 2026 Academic All-District baseball teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. Each student-athlete nominated must have at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA and be at least a sophomore. They also must have competed in 90% of their institution's games played or must start in at least 66% of their institution's games. Pitchers must have made at least 17 appearances or pitched 35 innings.
