ALBION, Mich. – Ashley Glenn scored on a free position shot late in the first half for Albion College's goal in a 25-1 loss to the University of Mount Union in non-league women's lacrosse action.

Mount Union scored the first 17 goals of the contest and it scored eight times in the second half. Emily Bergert produced seven goals and three assists for the Purple Raiders. Shawney Hamilton tacked on five goals and an assist, and Susie Kraus chipped with four goals and four assists.

Glenn took four of Albion's five shots in the contest.

Albion returns to Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association action Wednesday when it travels to Grand Rapids to challenge Calvin College.
