ALLENDALE, Mich. – Albion College athletes recovered from the April 12 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Jamboree while competing in the Al Owens Classic.

Alex Goricki scored a fifth-place finish in the 400-meter hurdles, reaching the finish in 58.56 seconds.

Albion also picked up four points in the 1,500 meters as Mitchell Klingler finished sixth and Paul Lewis came in eighth.

The 4x400 relay team of Ryan Watson, Kyle Braun, Colin Howard and Brant McCollum finished sixth.
