ROCK ISLAND, Ill. – Head Coach Lance Coleman was pleased with the relay results on the first day of the Viking Olympics at Augustana College.

Albion's squad of Jeremy Shephard, Justin Meredith, Mikal McKoy and Kyle Braun finished second in the sprint medley (3:38.83). McKoy and Meredith were joined by Justin Ware and Sean Thomas as the Britons finished third in the 4x200 event.

In individual events, Jon Wylie was the fifth runner to complete the steeplechase (11:07.54).
