HILLSDALE, Mich. – Justin Ware is warming up for the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Field Day.

Part of Albion's MIAA champion crew in the 4x100 relay last spring, Ware achieved a season-best time in the 100 meters (11.27 seconds) and a personal best time in the 200 (23.39) during Friday night action in the Gina Relays.

Ware finished behind teammate Jeremy Shephard in the 200 (23.09).

Coach Lance Coleman reported Friday night highlights included Mitch Clinton setting a season's best time in the steeplechase (9:42.26) and Kyle Braun achieving a career best in the 800 meters (1:59.95). Ryan Watson completed his 800 in 1:59.15.
