HILLSDALE, Mich. – Personal records were the story of the night for Albion College distance runners in the Gina Relays.

Andrew Wittland, Kurt Swaton and Beau Brockett all achieved personal records in the 5,000 meters. Wittland improved by six seconds, reaching the finish line in 15:52.49. Swaton was impressive in lowering his time by 21 seconds to 15:59.47, while Brockett decreased his personal best by eight seconds to 16:13.91.

In the steeplechase, Jon Haadsma overcame a fall over the barrier halfway through the race to achieve a personal record of 10:45.08.
