NAPERVILLE, Ill. – First-year student-athlete Jephte Jean-Claude was a hundredth of a second off his season-best time in the 110-meter hurdles as Albion College completed competition in the Dr. Keeler Invitational.
Jean-Claude reached the finish in 15.23 seconds in finishing eighth in a field of 24 runners. He also sailed 42' 7" to finish 11th in the triple jump.
Ryan Watson was the Briton achieving a personal best, completing the steeplechase in 10:20.53. Mitchell Clinton, running a week after winning the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association championship in the event, completed his rave in 9:42.99.
Nicholas Bertoia completed his collegiate career with action in two events. He achieved a time of 51.95 in the 400 meters and a distance of 151' 8" in the javelin throw.
Kyle Braun completed the 800 meters in 1:58.82.
