Albion College distance runners tuned up for the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Track & Field Championship by achieving personal best times in Thursday action at the 51st annual "GINA" Relays at Hillsdale College.
Adam Ditri, a first-year runner from Novi, completed the 5,000 meters in 15:34.53.
Jon Haadsma, Chase Baumgardner, Kurtis Sandford and Brandon Gary all set personal records in the steeplechase. Haadsma, a sophomore from Battle Creek, was Albion's top finisher with a time of 10:09.36. Baumgardner (10:18.78), Sandford (10.30.53) and Gary (10:35.67) followed.
