In the final tune-up, before they compete in the MIAA Indoor Championships, the men traveled to Hillsdale and competed well. A line up designed to keep the men sharp for championships produced a 4th place finish.
The men scored well in all of the disciplines. The throws produced two first-place finishes. Kejuan Frazier won the shot put on his last throw and lead a group of 4 men who placed 1st, 5th, 6th, and 8th. Xavier Aikens won the weight and placed in the shot put. He led a group of weight throwers who placed 1st, 4th, and 7th.
Jared Council had a great day in the field. He was one of three jumpers who placed in their respective event. He placed 3rd in the triple jump. Jared also ran a personal best time in the 60m (7.10) and placed 3rd. Trevor Knowles (6th High Jump) and Ed Longmire (5th long jump were the other who placed in the jumps.
On the track, Adam Ditri and Kiehl Smith both ran well in their returns from injury and illness. Adam placed 2nd in the 3,000m, and Kiehl placed 6th in the 800m. In the sprints, Brady Frasier joined Council in the finals of the 60m (7th. Cullen Cox continued his great winter in the long sprints. He placed 2nd in the 200m in a personal best time of 22.82. This time is the 3rd best in Albion College history. Dason Hollins and Jeffry Davis also ran personal best en route to placing 5th and 6th in the 200m.
Overall there were 3 Albion College All time to 10 performances and eight personal bests performances.

Joe and Julie Serra have given a $5 million leadership gift to launch a fundraising initiative to make two dreams a reality at Albion College. The first is a newly expanded fitness and student activity facility at the site of the current Dow Recreation and Wellness Center. The second is a new or renovated competition facility for the volleyball, men's basketball and women's basketball teams that currently call Kresge Gymnasium home.
