ANGOLA, Ind. -- Senior Kejuan Frazier set a new school record in the shot put as the Albion College men's track and field team took second of five teams at the MIAA Jamboree on Saturday.

With a throw of 16.18m, Frazier now holds a new Albion College indoor shot put record. Derelle Murray took third in the event with a throw of 13.99m.
Senior Xavier Aikens won the weight throw with a mark of 15.95. Frazier (14.63) added a fifth place finish in the event, while Mason Darden took seventh (14.47).
Albion took three of the top four spots in the triple jump. Trevor Knowles won the event (13.90) while Marcus Freeman finished second (13.23). Armund Gordon Jr. was fourth with a jump of 12.55m.
In the long jump, Trevor Knowles finished third with a jump of 6.65m. DeMario Chapman took sixth while Eddie Longmire placed eighth. Knowles added a fourth place finish in the high jump while Armund Gordon Jr. took fifth in the event.
With a time of 9.49, DeVonte James took fourth in the 60m hurdles.
With a time of 2:05.31, Nathaniel Jennings was fifth in the 800m run.
Jeffrey Davis finished fifth in the 60m dash, clocking in at 7.16. Davis was also sixth in the 200m dash with a time of 23.57.
Jordan Loukota finished seventh in the mile with a time of 5:18.69.
The men will prepare of the MIAA Championships held on Mar. 6 at Trine.
