Cooper tabbed All-MIAA

FREELAND, Mich. – Freshman Sean Cooper has been named Second Team All-MIAA, as announced on Thursday afternoon. In a number of conference outings, Cooper limited some of the league's best offenses to three runs or fewer.

Making 12 starts, Cooper turned in a 3-5 record with a 4.88 ERA. He struck out 40 batters on the season, second most on the team. One of his best outings came on Apr. 9 – a complete game victory over Alma where he allowed just one earned run and struck out seven.

Cooper and the Albion baseball team finished the season with a 15-24 mark.
