Robinson returns as WLAX assistant

ALBION – One of the best goalies in Albion College history has returned to coach her alma mater. Alexis Robinson, '22, has been named the next Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach, effective as of August 1.

Robinson's name can be found nearly everywhere in the Albion record books, as she was the MIAA Defensive Player of the Year in 2022, and the MIAA Rookie of the Year in 2019. A two-time All-MIAA honoree, Robinson continues to hold all save records for the Britons. She leads in career saves (493), single season saves (200) and single game saves (21).

Following her graduation in 2022, Robinson has spent time as a long-term substitute teacher at Waverly High School, teaching Math and Science. She will join head coach Emily DiRado in her second season at the helm after the Britons finished fourth in the MIAA last season.
