FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. — For the first time in his career, Daniel Bruzdewicz has been recognized as MIAA Pitcher of the Week.

The senior earned the honor after a magnificent performance in Albion's 15-1 victory in their home opener against Bluffton last Thursday. The right handed ace pitched a complete game while striking out a career-high 12 batters.

This season, Bruzdewicz (2-2) has thrown 26.1 innings with 26 strikeouts, 10 walks and 24 hits in four starts.

The Macomb, Mich., native and the Britons will be back in action on Tuesday, March 24 as they travel to Heidelberg for a 4 p.m. first pitch.
