FARMINGTON HILLS. Mich. — For the second time this season,
Cal Stearns has earned MIAA Offensive Player of the Week honors following a career game.
In the Britons' 21-5 victory against Alma last Wednesday, the senior notched a career-best nine goals and totaled 12 points. He scored seven times in the opening period and became the first Albion player since 2022 to notch none or more goals in a contest.
Additionally, he tied the team record for points in a game, sharing the mark with Jace Conley (three times) and Ethan Rottell.
Stearns and the Britons will look to continue their momentum in a showdown against Calvin on Wednesday, April 8 at 7 p.m. at Alumni Field.
