WINTER HAVEN, Fla. - Thomas Cox drove in four runs and Davin Montgomery rapped three hits in Albion College's 14-7 loss to Waynesburg University in spring break baseball action.

Waynesburg scored runs in five of the first six innings to build a 14-0 lead.

Cox laced singles in the eighth and ninth innings, plating two runs each time. Tyler Wilson drove in a run in the ninth with a sacrifice fly. Montgomery and Kyle Kowal also produced RBI singles in the ninth.

The top three batters in the Waynesburg order combined to go 10-for-17 with 10 runs scored and five RBI.

Albion has an early walk-up call Tuesday for a 10 a.m. game against Greenville at Lake Myrtle, Fla.
