Senior catcher Jordyn Finney knocked in four runs and junior first baseman Andrew Arszulewicz and junior third baseman Alex Cull added two RBI as Albion opened its 2020 season with a come-from-behind win over Wittenberg College Saturday in Westfield, Ind.

The Britons trailed Wittenberg 6-5 heading into the bottom of the eighth inning but scored six times thanks to a two-run triple from Finney, an RBI single from freshman shortstop Mark Lauro and two Wittenberg errors. Sophomore Bret Chesla gained the win with 1 1/3 innings of solid relief.

For the game, Finney went three for four, scored once and also added a two-run double in the fifth inning. Sophomore designated hitter Justin Charron went two for three with a run scored and an RBI; Arszulewicz added two hits and two runs scored; Cull had two hits and a run scored; Lauro chipped in with two hits and two runs scored and senior centerfielder Riley Stesiak scored twice.

The Britons head to Auburndale, Fla. for a week's worth of games starting Monday.
