A three-year starter on the football team’s defensive line and a four-year starter for the club lacrosse program, Craig Miller, who was part of Albion’s undefeated 1976 football team that ranked No. 1 in NCAA Division III in total defense and scoring defense and No. 3 in rushing defense, has made his mark internationally as the chief media/communications officer for USA Basketball.

The 1976 defense dominated, yielding just 131 yards per game and limiting seven of nine opponents to a touchdown or less.

While at USA Basketball, Craig headed the media and public relations responsibilities for the 1992 Dream Team as well as serving as the primary press officer for the 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012 and 2016 U.S. Olympic men’s basketball teams.

Prior to joining USA Basketball, Miller spent 10 years at Villanova University where he oversaw all media/public relations efforts for Villanova’s athletics teams as the assistant to the athletic director for athletic communications and sports information director, including the Wildcats’ 1985 NCAA national championship men’s basketball team.
