Albion College

Patrick dominated one of the toughest races in track, the400m dash, during his years at Albion. He took first place in thisevent at every dual meet and at the MIAA championships in 1981,1982 and 1983. He was named to the All-MIAA track team for thoseachievements. The 400m and 1600m relay teams on which he competedset school records in 1983 and 1981, respectively. (The 400m relayrecord, 41.71 seconds, still stands.) In 1983, his 400m relay teamtook fifth place at the NCAA Division III nationals, achievingAll-America status. Patrick also served as track team co-captainthat year. During the four years Patrick attended Albion, his1600mrelay team placed first in the MIAA championships everyyear.

Currently, Patrick is a senior financial analyst for BlueCare Network and lives in Flint. He is involved in the NationalAssociation for Black Accountants, Optimist Club and NAACP. Patrickenjoys sports, fishing, traveling and reading.
