Albion College

One of Albion's finest football players, Jim was draftedand signed by the Green Bay Packers following a career at Albionwhere he was selected as a Second Team All-American, a member ofthe All State Small College team, established Albion's careerrushing record, co-captained the football team and received theteam's morale award. He was also selected to the All-MIAA team forfour years.

Since graduation, Jim has remained an avid outdoorsmanwith interests in biking, hiking, rafting and golf. He has climbedMt. Rainier and Mt. Hood and participated in three Outward Boundcourses. Professionally, he was an officer and owner with KruegerInternational from 1962 through his retirement two yearsago.

He splits his time between Wisconsin and Florida with hiswife Janet Booth Hurd, '62.
