Albion College

Jim excelled in both track and cross country at Albion. Herepeated as the MIAA mile run and two mile run champion in 1954 and1955, set an MIAA record in the mile, and was a member of Albion'sMIAA track championship teams from 1954-56. Jim was the MIAA crosscountry champion in 1954 and led the cross country team to the MIAAchampionship in 1953 and 1954.

After graduation Jim spent 28 years working in highereducation administration, serving as president of West LibertyState College from 1970-1984. He then entered the field of realestate acquisitions and investments and is currently self-employedin real estate sales and investments. Jim resides with his wife inPhoenix, Arizona.
